When the Tasks Service requires or includes downloadable software, this software may be updated automatically on your device when a new version or features are available to you.
Pocket Brilliance Limited gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided by us as part of the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software, unless local laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
Pocket Brilliance Limited may add or remove functionality or features at any time. We may also suspend or stop the Service at any time with at least thirty days notice.
You can choose to stop using the Service at any time. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription as this must be done by the end user and cannnot be done by Tasks support.
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Service. You may only use our Service as permitted by law. Pocket Brilliance Limited may investigate and/or suspend or terminate our Service to you at any time if we find your use of our Service violates the Terms and/or any policies.
Using our Service does not grant you any ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content you may have access to. You may not use any copyrighted content in our Service unless you have permission from the content owner.
You must not abuse and or misuse our Service in any way. This includes but is not limited to:

You may choose our free Service or paid subscription Service which automatically renews at the end of your billing period. You can upgrade from free Service to Premium at any time.
All prices shown when upgrading to our paid subscription Service are inclusive of any applicable sales taxes, levies, value-added taxes, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for the forwarding/remittance of all such taxes, levies, or duties (except for E.U. Customers, where the Euro pricing includes mandatory E.U. VAT charges).
By purchasing our premium Service you agree to our refund policy. You can cancel your payment at any time, but we can only issue refunds for requests that occur within 48 hours of the date shown on your payment bill. Your Premium (Paid) Account will remain active until cancellation or termination under these Terms. Failing to pay for your Premium (Paid) Account on time might result in loss of access to features you have paid for. We may change the fees in effect at a future date, but we will send advanced notice of any changes to the email address associated with your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is available "as is". By using our Service you understand and agree to that.
When permitted by law, Pocket Brilliance Limited and it's service partners, licensors, employees, agents will not be responsible for any lost profits, revenue, or data, finacial losses or indirect special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages under any circumstances.
Your use and/or purchase of our Service are all at your sole risk.
